The Main Organ -- Mander Organs (1998)
The Mander organ at St. Agnes is located in the church's West Gallery. The instrument, eclectic in design, takes particular inspiration from organs of the American Romantic period, with some stops particularly suited for French Classical organ repertoire. While modest in size, the organ speaks boldly and clearly into the nave. It is used regularly at six Masses each weekend as well as for various concerts throughout the year.

The Continuo Organ -- Klop Orgels (1987)
In contrast to the main organ, the small continuo organ is primarily used for accompanied choral works on a small scale. It has four stops, divided by treble and bass registers.
